Return & Refund Policy
- All our products go through a two stage quality assurance process. In an unlikely event, if we still sent a tarp which has a manufacturing or dimensional error we will gladly replace it with no cost to the customer. In other cases, we will not be able to accept returns as all our tarps are custom made as per customer’s requirement. Please note that all our tarps are generally 1-3 inches (depending on the size of the tarp) larger than the dimension’s provided by the customer, this is for the ease of use, in case the customer does want the leeway to be adjusted to their requirement, they need to specify the same on the comment section during the checkout process.
- If our tarps come with a manufacturing or dimensional error, then we would request the client to send the pictures of those errors on [email protected] along with some explanation. Once we receive the images and the relevant information, we will quickly send the replacement tarp with expedited shipping
- Personalized tarps which have a text or logo embossed on them, as per customer’s specification and therefore they cannot be returned or refunded, We would provide a replacement tarp if there has been printed error on our behalf, in case of a printing error we would request the client to mail us the images of the error on [email protected]. Once we receive the images we will gladly send a replacement tarp free of cost to the client.
- The size of the logo and the text depends on the type of tarp which the customer selects. We select the most appropriate and visible size for the personalization. For Image Personalization we would request the customer to share us the image required on the tarp in high resolution file for obtaining the optimum results, please note that the printing quality of the image on the tarp would highly depend on the quality of the image shared by the client. In case of low resolution files, we do not take any guarantee of the end result.
- All our personalization is done via UV printing and dye sublimation using high grade inks for colour vibrancy and outdoor durability. In extreme weather condition’s the outdoor life of the printing can be reduced.
- Please note that we cannot process any refunds, on the personalized tarp.
