Is there a minimum order value for custom tarps?

No, there is no minimum order value for our custom tarps. Additionally, we offer the lowest price guarantee and warranty coverage on all our products.

What type of fabric do you use to craft these tarps?

How should I measure the tarp size?
Measure the width and length of the object to be covered. Add extra for overhang and choose the placement of the grommets, if required. However, we provide 1-2" of leeway.
What is the difference between water-repellent, water-resistant, and waterproof tarps?
  • Water repellent fabric is designed to shed water while allowing air permeability. This is achieved through tight weaving and/or the application of a finish that causes water to bead up and run off.
  • Water-resistant fabric is constructed to impede the absorption and penetration of water. Although it may resist light rain, it may not be completely effective against heavy rain and prolonged exposure to water.
  • Waterproof fabric is impermeable to both air and water. Achieving waterproofing involves sealing and/or taping all seams. It's important to note that while waterproof fabric can become wet, the backing will remain completely waterproof.
Where are the Products made?

All our tarps are designed in Lawrenceville, GA, and manufactured in India.

How should I clean my tarps?

Use water and a soft brush to gently scrub off the tarp. Then, line dry. Avoid soap and dryer to prevent damage to the protective coating.

Does Tarps & All give huge discounts on large quantity orders?

Yes, we do offer huge discounts on bulk order purchases, which are reflected on the site. Additionally, we run exclusive offers for companies including hotels, holiday resorts, and property management organizations.

Can I return a custom-made tarp?

We stand behind the quality of all our products with a two-stage quality assurance process. In the rare event of receiving a tarp with any manufacturing defect, we are happy to accept returns.

However, for custom-made orders, returns for reasons other than a mistake on our part cannot be accommodated, as these tarps are crafted specifically for each order.

Please be aware that our tarps are intentionally designed to be 1-2 inches larger than the specified dimensions for ease of use.

What will be the actual size of my tarp?

All our finished tarps will be manufactured with a tolerance of up to +1” of the specified order size.

Are all tarps the same?

No, not all tarps are the same. There are significant performance differences among tarps. In general, the quality of tarps correlates with the price you pay. Made in the USA tarps exhibit superior durability compared to imported tarps, even if they have similar weights and thicknesses. The fabrics and construction of Made in the USA tarps contribute to a longer lifespan.

How do I return an item that just doesn’t fit?

Tarps & All assures that products are defect-free, but in case of any manufacturing issues—breaks, fails, or ink problems—we'll replace or credit your purchase.

To file a claim, please email feedback@tarpsandall.com, attaching images showing the defect along with a description. Our team will promptly review your case and provide the best possible solution. Your satisfaction is our priority.

What is the Tarps & All return policy?

Tarps & All is committed to customer satisfaction. If errors occur on our part post artwork approval, we replace the product with priority shipping without any extra charges or provide a full refund.

To initiate, report issues within 7 days of delivery. Approved online refunds are processed within 7 days and credited back to the original payment method. Refund requests after 60 days result in store credit. Your satisfaction is our priority.

What Is Our Warranty Policy?

We serve a diverse consumer community with varied warranty coverage durations based on product and material categories. Tarps & All warranty protects against non-daily usage-related product construction and durability issues, as well as material defects.

The warranty coverage is applicable to the person listed on the order invoice and it starts from the purchase date. Our team is committed to repairing, replacing, or refunding a defective product upon approval of a Warranty Claim.

We ensure a thorough inquiry process for fabric/material defects or workmanship flaws. We reserve the right to make the final decision on any inquiries. Please note that any post-purchase product changes or modifications will void the warranty.

Is water resistance covered under warranty coverage?

We use premium quality waterproof fabric to craft these tarps. However, we do not guarantee complete protection against damage caused by water pooling on the tarp. Water pools may lead to moisture seepage through seams that can potentially cause mold and mildew and further damage your belongings.

To prevent trapped moisture, ensure the tarp fits tightly and is a few inches shorter than the covered item for proper airflow.

Is mold & mildew growth covered under warranty coverage?

Our tarps are crafted from waterproof fabrics designed to resist mold and mildew formation. However, it is not covered under warranty coverage. To prevent mold growth, periodically remove the tarp after exposure to moisture and allow your belongings to dry completely before covering them again.

Is fade resistance of tarps covered under warranty coverage?

Although our tarps are designed to be fade-resistant, complete fade-resistance is not assured. Fading, defined as the gradual loss of color or brightness, is a natural process over time, particularly with prolonged exposure to direct sunlight.

It's important to note that the fade quality does not affect the tarp's performance or durability.

Is damage to the covered item included in the warranty coverage?

Challenging conditions such as strong winds and other external factors may move or shift the tarp, potentially exposing your belongings. This is precisely why our tarps come with multiple tie-down options, ensuring a secure and robust grip.

Opting for a well-fitted tarp is instrumental in this situation. Coupled with a snug fit, it ensures the covered item is clean, dry and safe from moisture and scratches.

Will my tarp be covered under warranty, if I modify or alter the product?

No, the tarp will not be deemed valid for warranty, if it has been modified or altered after receiving.

Does machine-washing my tarp void the warranty?

Yes, machine-washing automatically invalidates the warranty. For light cleaning, use a garden hose or water to rinse off dirt. For thorough cleaning, use a sponge or bristle brush with mild soap and warm water.

Ensure your tarp is completely dry before folding or storing it in a dry place. Please note that machine-washing is not recommended for our tarps.

What is the warranty duration for personalized logo or text printing on the tarps?

Our personalized printing, executed with cutting-edge UV technology and top-quality inks, ensures exceptional quality. However, due to unforeseen exposure to the elements and the usage of the tarps, we cannot provide a warranty guarantee for the fading or wear & tear of the print.

How do I initiate a warranty claim? What steps should I follow?

Custom and personalized orders typically take 24 to 48 hours for production. Delivery times vary depending on the chosen shipping method, with orders usually arriving within 2 to 10 business days.

We have a fixed shipping rate based on the order value. We provide three types of shipping options.

Does Tarps & All offer international shipping?

Yes, we do provide international shipping services.

What happens if my order is not delivered within the expected time period?

We dispatch your order within the estimated time period. However, occasional delays may be attributed to logistics partners (such as UPS, FedEx, and DHL), which are beyond our control. Regrettably, we do not provide a refund in such instances.

What happens if your shipping carrier loses my order?

If our shipping carrier loses your order, we will launch an investigation on the package and prioritize a reprint with expedited shipping.

What happens if my order gets delayed?

We assure you a guaranteed delivery date, and if we fall short of this commitment, we happily provide a shipping refund.

Exceptions:

  • Guaranteed delivery dates depend on receiving all necessary information, including dimensions and artwork/files, with the order. Delays in obtaining this information may impact the delivery date.
  • We use shipping carriers like FedEx, UPS, DHL, or USPS. While delays from these carriers are rare, they may occur. In such cases, we do not assume responsibility for the delay.

Are all your products water-resistant or waterproof?

We use waterproof and water-resistant fabrics to craft our tarps. However, it's important to note that we do not provide a 100% waterproof guarantee, as water may potentially seep through the seams.

How can I cancel the order and request a refund?
